(1) Positive Statement
What are you most proud of in your block presentation and/or your senior project? Why?
Considering that the project required a mentor, I'm most proud of how much I learned from my mentorship itself. I'm happy that I received the help that I did.
(2) Questions to Consider
a. What assessment would you give yourself on your block presentation? Use the component contract to defend that assessment.
P: My information was pretty straight forward to understand from an audience point of view. I believe that activities were relatively similar to both my answer, communication and target audience.
b. What assessment would you give yourself on your overall senior project? Use the component contract to defend that assessment.
P: I did what was asked of me and I even went to my mentorship on my own time regardless of this project. Its something, I've enjoyed since my freshman year.
(3) What worked for you in your senior project?
Everything worked for me in this project, I didn't come across any problem that could not be solved in more than five minutes.
(4) (What didn't work) If you had a time machine, what would you have done differently to improve your senior project?
Everything worked well for this project. The only slight problem was figuring out a good time for both my mentor and I because of his travels.
(5) Finding Value
How has the senior project been helpful to you in your future endeavors? Be specific and use examples.
This senior project has helped me understand whether I really wanted to do this and If it's something I really like. It was a big realization for myself. While working with my mentor, he always made it clear that there is more to what job he just does for a living. There are so many different jobs in this industry that it's hard to specifically choose his job when I haven't even experienced the other jobs in this industry.
